You are not ALONE.
Foothills Compassionate Care is here to help.
For over 45 years, nonprofit Foothills Compassionate Care has been a guiding light for Nevada County patients, caregivers, and families. We specialize in individualized, compassionate care and address our patients’ unique social, spiritual, grief, and medical needs. You can count on our 24/7 on-call support. We work closely with your existing healthcare providers and specialists. Our on-site palliative clinic provides expert symptom management and personalized care plans for our patients, and over 100 patient volunteers are trained and ready to support you.
Over 500 patients and their families choose Foothills Compassionate Care each year because we offer flexible, personalized care in your home, a nursing facility, a hospital, or an on-site palliative care clinic. No cost is ever passed on to the patient or family. Hospice services are covered by private insurance or Medicare, while donations and community sponsors support palliative services. Feel at ease knowing that these services are provided to you and your family by the loving members of your community.
