- Our interdisciplinary team made 14,306 home visits last year.
- Our triage nurses spent 2,850 hours providing after-hours and crisis support so families are never alone.
- Our care teams devoted more than 8,500 hours coordinating care, family meetings, and clinical discussions — time that ensures every patient receives the highest quality of compassionate care, even though it is not reimbursed.
- And more than 200 community members donated 47,420 hours of their time, serving on boards, providing presence, comfort, companionship, and fundraising support — a total valued at nearly $1 million in volunteer service.
