Every April 16th, we recognize National Healthcare Decisions Day—a nationwide initiative that empowers individuals to make informed choices about their healthcare, well before a crisis happens.
At Foothills Compassionate Care, we believe that planning is an act of love—for yourself and for those who care about you.

Why It Matters
Hear from one of our community members on the importance of advance care planning
Too often, healthcare decisions are made in moments of crisis. By planning ahead, you ensure your voice is heard and your wishes are honored. Advance care planning isn’t just for the elderly or ill—it’s a gift of clarity for your loved ones and peace of mind for yourself.
